- Customers can inspect their item upon delivery. If they choose not to receive it for any reason, they are required to pay the shipping cost, unless we sent a wrong or defective item.
- We do not offer refunds, but exchanges are available within 7 days, depending on stock availability.
- Orders must be received in full — partial acceptance is not allowed. Please avoid ordering multiple sizes or styles just to choose later.
- For orders with free shipping, if the customer refuses to receive the order, a standard shipping fee of 75 EGP will apply.
- For exchanges; shipping fees will apply unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
