Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

Packages can’t be opened at your door, but don’t worry, babe! If you’re not happy with your order for anyreason, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days through the same WhatsApp number we used to confirm your order, or just send us a cute little DM on Instagram. We’re always here to help!

 

2. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges or returns — unless the item arrives wrong or defective, in which case we’ve totally got you covered!

 

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your item and make sure everything’s in good condition, your refund will be on its way within 5 business days!

 

4. Condition Requirements

To keep things fair and lovely for everyone, returned items must be:
In their original condition
Unworn
Unwashed
With all original tags attached

Items that don’t meet these conditions can’t be accepted. Thanks for understanding!

 

5. Final Sale Items

Items purchased during our Final Sale are non-refundable, but don’t worry, babe, you can still exchange them, as long as the item is available!
